PAIVA Comércio Exterior is a enterprise that was established  in 1992 from the will of André Paiva and Luiz Claudio Paiva. But the history of its partners and owners is more olden, therefore they has been worked on this area for more than twenty years. The family has been actueted on foreign trade area since 1.930, when his grandfather founded the Paiva e Cia. Commission Agent, been one of the first trading companies to actuate in Santos, completing today a cicle of working on foreign trade with more than sixty years.

Luiz Claudio is formed in Enterprises Administration and Accountancy, with international specialization courses on England and Germany. He is the PAIVA Comércio Exterior director of administrative and financial areas, and take care of all development in computing department, specialy on foreign trade software. André cursed Comunication HighSchool, is formed in Public Relations and have many courses on foreign trade. Specialized on operational area, logistic and legislation, inclusively with international courses; he participate in groups about foreign trade through FIESP, Unions and Customhouse, as keep constant atualization on foreign trade sector with courses ministranted by FGV, Ed. Aduaneiras and others.
